Complaints

We will continue to receive and address complaints relating to former Blink services. Making a complaint is free.

You may make a complaint by telephone, email or post using the contact details above. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you have the right to contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, which is a free and independent service.

Customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech or communication difficulty may contact us through the National Relay Service.

Privacy enquiries

Mobile Wireless Broadband Pty Ltd continues to hold historical records relating to former Blink customers.

These records are retained only where required for legal, regulatory, taxation, accounting, complaint handling, refund, dispute resolution and privacy purposes. They will be securely destroyed or de-identified when they are no longer required.
